Worst Organization So Far - Anonymous employee Medtronic Employee Review

Worst re-organization ever. All the promotion glaringly shown that merit are not appreciated in the company, but rather who is your 'friend' and who is your 'enemy'. All the yes man are promoted, and those that challenge the status quo are being left out. Those that are capable and shown great result before this are all demoted or let go. Those you can see at the LT or Middle Management are all bootlickers, all fluff, and without knowledge how to drive the company forward. No one has any actual idea how to navigate and bring the organization to next level. Always the BS talks and never ending shitshow works well in the new structure.
