Full of bully and incapable management! - Senior Engineer Medtronic Employee Review

In MSO, bully culture top down from incapable and bias management. Management do not want to own responsibility, so they push their team to fire with no support, blame and scold them publicly. They finger pointing other teams to own works and responsibility, the one without common sense but speak louder wins! Talents keep leaving in this toxic environment with huge knowledge gap, but managers do not care, they continue to squeeze remaining senior engineers to do more work, and leave junior to no learning. Worst happening in ME, bully with rank, shout to win, backstabbing! No one dare to voice out as that will be black listed!
