Great, kind colleagues who will go out of their way to help you Good pro-people policies that focus on doing right by employees and the organization as a whole
Cons
Processes are not robust and are very person dependent. If an individual employee leaves, the system is unable to carry on the processes they had handled hitherto. Here it is a case of 'the king is dead... please take a number until we find the next king.' Also, if you are on the wrong side of 40 and an individual contributor still, your chances for growth are extremely limited.
