Pros
Prestigious company with extremely talented people. Some of the smartest and most accomplished folks you will ever meet. Everything is first class and brand reputation earns you respect in the field.
Cons
Zero work-life balance. On call 24/7/365 despite what they tell you in the interview. Not enough field resources to support clinical needs and field reps are spread way too thin. Management does not want to be bothered with helping to find coverage. You will never be able to take vacation because you cannot find anyone to cover your territory since everyone is in the same boat. Good luck with a family emergency, taking medical leave or ever making it to one of your kids' games after school.
