Has good benefits with a compensation package
Cons
Starting pay is inadequate and the annual raise does not keep up with inflation or the cost of living. The bonus structure is not based on metrics that can adequately be measured and because of this has to be changed often. It is very hard to work your way up and if you are valued in your role you will remain stuck in your role. Leaving is the only real option to be valued.
