Pros
Salary Package, pension scheme and benefits are nice
Cons
Management completely lost, no clear roadmap, firefight only to satisfy marketing and high level management. Spent over an year and a half and haven't completed one single project from start to end. Very frustrated cos many people said the company was good, and medical industry was a nice environment. After 10 years of automotive shifted to medical and it was a disaster, so slow pace and people very very laidback. Most of department colleagues with more than 10 or even 20 years of company, very hard to follow their knowledge (no clear techincal standards documented for new employees). Not an engineering company at all, R&D do not calculate tolerance stack ups on their products!! Coming from the automotive I was shocked, because the medical industry supposed to be way more refined and organized than automotive in this sense. Agile system so confusing. No technical trainings provided. Cornerstone is a nightmare (haven't ever done so many corporate trainings in my entire life as in this place, at least 10 per month, time waste) No proper project management department deployed, R&D sustaining running projects as project managers and lead tech engineers (completely wrong being two stakeholders and getting paid as only one). People talk to much and no one takes responsibility in this place, everyone washing their hands and saving their arses to chillout (specially management). If you are a true engineer, avoid this place at all costs, do not fall into this trap!
