Pros

Sales department: - everyone makes the same base salary for their employment level. - Decent products, great products, wide customer base - large training departments - well defined onboarding process - diversity hiring (if you’re diverse)

Cons

- unethical leadership. They will break every rule for the people they like and to advance their own agenda. - terrible Human Resources department. Lots of entry level, mouth breathing, no-follow up troglodytes. Cindi from HR will see you now. - The wrong people get fired or managed out. - almost everyone in sales fits the stereotypes and lack any real business knowledge. They mouth and repeat the buzzwords of the year without having a clue how to do them.
