Cons
There is no worklife balance in this role. They expect you to be available from 6 AM to 6 PM working Monday through Friday and being on-call on weekends. Training takes over nine months and you get no guidance from anyone in your area. The training is virtual and you have to balance training clinics and hospitals all at the same time. They tell you they Will teach you everything you need, but that is not true.
