Pros
- Great products that save lives - allows for remote work for certain roles - nice people for the most part
Cons
- average salary / bonus and very poor stock schemes for Director and above - no stock for Senior Managers / below - many leaders do not know how to lead and inspire well - it's all who you know for success - work / life balance is terrible - poor budgets so no travel allowed to meet team and build engagement - no trainings for employee development / promotion - common for org structures to change / shift atleast annually causing employee experience of many performance managers
