- “High performing team” directly translates to “overloading employees”. I think some people are more than capable of handling this, myself included. But I certainly see others struggling, BIG TIME, with their workloads. And ultimately, this impacts other staffers who are capable. - A little cult like among staff - Weird time for the company financially. I don’t think they’re in a bad spot at all. But they’re changing the culture around their finances. - Personally, I’m not super impressed with the pay. It’s not awful, but there’s better options out there. - They really oversell the culture here. It’s very forced and comes off as not genuine.
