      Great people work here, pretty good work life balance, decent PTO, technologies that benefit patients

      Cons

      Benefits have been cut, frequent lay offs, forced return to office 4 days a week. Leadership is not listening to what workers need. Raise has been about 2% a year for many years, this is not in line with inflation.

      Cons

      People are expected to deliver above-average results with below-average processes. The stock’s performance has earned this pressure, but there is no obvious, quick path to improvement. Your experience in that corporate environment will depend on your supervisor either being a leader or a manager.
