Well if you are German, white, and boot licker: this company is the best. In my 1 year of experience to my surprise I have not seen even a single coloured Blue collar or white collar employee. Apart from racism, management is not capable at all. They don’t know what they are talking about: priorities are not clear, management clearly lacks the skills.
