Perfect for individuals who do not want to work together to achieve goals. You can be hired, fired and rehired numerous times, even if you are not qualified or under the influence of substances. Most managers are completely removed from manufacturing and likes to work in a "silo", close door environment. Perfect if you do not want to be micromanaged. Perfect if you do not require on-boarding or training. Ideal if you don't mind working in an unsafe and dirty environment.
Cons
Unfortunately, Miba Corp. is stuggling to get this facility working successfully. The "site" manager is completely removed from day-to-day operations. The talent of the management team is unfortunately not qualified to lead or develop people. The equipment is extremely unreliable. The quality/engineering manager is completely toxic and mentally ill. I fear for the safety of individuals and the decisions that are made are not always ethical.
