Pros
1. A great place to learn, implement and grow. 2. Personal & professional life balance. 3. Got opportunities to travel abroad. 4. HR is really good.
Cons
1. Organization structure is very flat. You can take up extra responsibilities for free. 2. Management is very rigid. 3. Contribution towards PF is very less. 4. Management will not do anything extra for you even if you are a very good & hardworking employee. 5. No of WFH days is very less. 6. Hike percentage has decreased over the years. 7. Annual leave is also very less.
