Pros
There is a lot of flexibility and most of the managers don't do micro managing. To that extent, it is good. The flexible work hours and there is no attendence in the company. Employees can walkin any time and leave any time.
Cons
The manager's opinion is the highest and the last thing. The manager can make or break one's career. If the manager is playing foul game with one of the employee, there is very little that can be corrected. Because, at the end of the day, what the manager says is final. The skip level manager or top management does not have any time to oversee if some managers are playing foul game and pushing their favourites to the higher positions and spoiling other employees chances.
