Most of the people in the "inner circle"/upper management have no idea what they are doing and only got in those positions due to being in the right place (hyper growth start up) at the right time (pandemic). Definitely cliquey vibe - most people are ex-Box/Dropbox employees. Have no clear direction on the future or GTM of the company now that people are returning to the office. The company preaches empathy and transparency but you literally get none of that in the Sales org.
