We do agree with you on the importance of SRE. This role contributes to overall product reliability for our customers and we’ll continue to staff it as well as invest in more efficient means to support the product. Changes in priority, while a natural part of running a business, can also impact people. We’re continuing to improve how priority is managed and communicated as we begin the new fiscal year.
