      Pros

      Base pay is okay if nothing changes in the time you are there. Amazing benefits. I prefer the 12 hour rotating shift since 24 hours of vacation gets me a full week to myself.

      Cons

      Some departments advance faster than others. Ive been working for the company for 2 years and still make less than 14 dollars while people who have been there 6 months are makign 14 an hour and those who have been there only a year are making 14.50 or more.

      401k match, good benefits, vacation time

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Reports of hostile treatment have been ignored for a long time and tolerated. High turnover. Costing cutting has been prioritized over efficiency. Plant closures.
