      Good pay, decent benefits, plenty of overtime

      Cons

      Non-voluntary overtime means you'll work nearly 80 hours a week while being forced to shift your sleep schedule a full 12 hours every few days. Hope you don't have a family and/or have already gone insane.

      Toxic work environment. Reports of hostile treatment have been ignored for a long time and tolerated. High turnover. Costing cutting has been prioritized over efficiency. Plant closures.
