      -Work life balance -campus amenities -unlimited sick days

      Cons

      -switch things up a lot with work policy (first it was WFH M and F and now its 5 days a week with 40 days WFH((no limit to how many wfh days per week), and the latest is only 1 WFH week -no continuous sales training -not competitive pay -culture
