      Pros

      Lucky to have nice people, and great team culture, but it is project dependent. Plenty of opportunities to do other things too. Upper management is very approachable too.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
