      Pros

      The company is solid worldwide, with a large portfolio of IT services, but in Luxembourg it doesn’t have such a broad offering, being more focused on reselling than on services. It has a two‑floor office in Capellen with good working conditions.

      Cons

      The processes are not very well structured, there is a lot of internal politics, and it’s hard to break into the cliques. Although it may look like a cohesive and integrated team, in reality it isn’t. I don`t recommend working there.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
