      Cons

      Things can move slow due to Japan HQ and culture. Very siloed - even though it is a major corporation sometimes very simple things are done individually leading to squandering of resources.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
