      Benefit is good, salary on pat with market

      Cons

      Company mean age very old, one hand full. You will be seen most of them in their 50s. Time to reorganise and inject new blood before its too late. None of them reslly know hiw to made use of A I for work.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
