      Well it was a great offer with nice vacation benefits and great salary. Everything was going smoothly until I reached day one.

      Cons

      I arrive for my first day of employment and they didn't have me listed as a new hire. They told me to wait in the lobby. My cell phone rang and they were calling to let me know that my offer had been rescinded due to client needs changing.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
