Pros

CTC structure looks good as its 60:40 on Fixed and Variable, Good colleagues to work, good image in front of the clients as Datacraft name is still has a strong brand recall. Very strong alliance with Cisco

Cons

For a sales guy incentives are distant dream - only good to show on paper not on Salary slip, Senior Management are only good to make PPT and strategies but never found when client has a challenge, Delivery on Solution capability apart from cisco is non existent.

Cons

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
