      Definitely One of the Best companies to work for with a focused vision and mission on goals, driven with well-trained executives. Trains resources when requested, abundantly. One of the best managements to work for.

      Cons

      Have not noticed any. Should take some precautions to remove the inefficient resources.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
