      You get to work with full exposure to field support....

      Cons

      You don't get what was promised when you joined..... The role "Resident Engineer" can be placed on field support..... No HR interraction with field engineers ? Customer asks more from you ...that can be delivered when you work 25hours a day... and the same thing is expected from Datacraft management....!!!!

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
