nothing springs to mind, other than a good canteen...

The interview process is completely dragged out and so OTT for the job position and feels completely that HR use this as a control system, yet the job spec is not what you end up doing. HR create spin and chess game maneuver the entire business. If you like being a robot and pigeon holed then this is the place for you remembering that no bonus or payrise for the past however many years (even though the bonus is selling point to new staff).
