      Good place to work for in experienced engineer. PayScale is good.

      Cons

      The Company does not promote people of different ethnicity to management . Promotion are not merit based. Bonuses were paid only once in last 4 years. Hostile work place.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
