      Pros

      OK for laterals but doesn't provide much option as par of career progression.

      Cons

      As titled it is terribly managed company and had been going through many transition phase for its IT wing. Worst management. Doesn't provide much of career option and frustrating,low salary hikes that it completely dependent on manager. Need to go through lot of changes and need smart restructuring / reorganization as a whole.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
