      Salary... very low compared to industry standards, though they claim to be on par. Health benefits are not that great. Most industries are getting into similar kind of plans, but the choices compared to what used to be there vs now are very poor.

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
