      Ability to work remote. Flexible shifts. Exposure to the newest technology

      Cons

      Short staffed leading to engineers working more than 50 hours a week. Poor management that promises a lot to the customers and cannot deliver resulting in irate customers. Uneven enforcement of company rules and confused HR.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
