Pros
In Dimension Data, you get to learn a lot. Really! In fact, it is one of the best place in my career where I get to learn everything in IT industry, from networking, infrastructure, application, sales, and management. I am fortunate to work with and learn from great people here.
Cons
Aside from the agreed remuneration package, you don't have much more benefits from the company. The paid annual leaves allowance is minimum compared to others in the industries. Like other SI companies, expect to work long hours and sometimes on weekends.
