      Pros

      Most colleagues are very friendly and supportive in what is a challenging work environment.

      Cons

      The people making the decisions simply don't respect or care about their staff. It doesn't make for an enjoyable place to work. At the moment there is zero job security.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
