      Pros

      Dimension Data has a lot going for it. Brand, global reach, and most of all people both technical and sales. Customers like Dimension Data. In many cases manages to have a smaller company feel than what it really is. For the most part it does not have lots of political issues internally which is great.

      Cons

      There is a definite culture of hard work / long hours, making it hard to keep on top of everything. From time to time it can be hard to get things done when dealing with particular business units.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
