      Very skilled workforce. Day to day operation is organised and professional. Leading brands and innovative solutions. Great corporate culture and very wide career growth options.

      Cons

      Very large and set in it's ways, not easy to suggest new innovation. Little flexibility and long hours.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
