      Pros

      Well I would say CEO but he resigned (or who knows) after only a year coming from SAP HANA where things work and budget goals are met. Work-Life balance. (If you force it) Yea. That's it.

      Cons

      - Too many to go on about. False Promise Poor Leadership Zero GTM strategy but ride the coat-tails of manufacturer partners They have tried it once and it failed and tried again and failed yet again Career Path.....What's that??

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
