work from home. Time off is somewhat flexible, but limited.
Cons
NO trade off for overtime worked in a salaried position. if you work 50hrs in a week and have an appointment you will still have to use sick or vacation time to cover the time. Benefits are expensive. Not equitable pay. Pay is BELOW industry standards. No transparency. Plenty of excuses and no ownership to issues. Low morale
