      This company truly puts their employees first. You're trusted to do your job without being micromanaged. Great salary and benefits. Very flexible with scheduling and offers work from home capability.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. Truly the best company I've ever worked with, I can't imagine leaving.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
