      Pros

      A nice business where management isn't on your backs, and provides plenty of freedom. Supportive management. Great work life balance. Relaxed culture.

      Cons

      Little in the way of opportunities for promotion, growth and training. WIth the Melbourne office being split between two buildings does promote a sort of us and them feel.

      Cons

      Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
