5yThank you for your feedback and taking the time to share your thoughts. As a company, our people and our clients are at the center of everything we do. We are always looking for ways to better serve our clients, and client satisfaction is a top priority. Throughout the year we receive feedback from our clients through numerous formal and informal methods including client surveys. Those include a number of questions ranging from satisfaction with our work to likelihood to recommend. These responses are closely reviewed and analyzed in helping us better respond to our clients’ needs and improve our business solutions. Most recently, with COVID-19, we’ve taken an extra step in providing our clients with extra resources to assess their changing needs and ensure we’re doing everything we can to meet whatever need they have.
