      They try really hard to compete in the environment. You will learn a lot if you join this as a fresher

      Cons

      No salary hike or promotion. They keep changing you from one technology to another without considering your proficiency and want you to deliver quality in short duration of whichever technology you work(even if its new)

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
