Lack of investment to future proof the business & its clients. Very much the “Old boy network” and if your face doesn’t fit, you’re gone. Only “yes” people need apply.. or you’re gone. Too much restructuring, too many redundancies.. of the wrong people! All the useless yes people get protected by the old boy network! Exec team needs to be changed, and dragged out of the dark ages! Expect to work extra hours all around the clock with no compensation. Pay increases do not happen, even with promotions... unless you are part of the old boy network. Working parents are unsupported, as part-time hours are not liked - that will likely put you at the top of the redundancy list! Do not expect a single employee review or even a probation review - you’ll only hear from HR if you’re being made redundant. Expect to have at least 8 different managers within 12months, and your role to equally change with each new manager. Trust no one.
