Pros
It is a contract - so feel secure with a piece of paper, but make sure it is witnessed and signed in blood. They renege on everything.
Cons
Unequal pay - if you are a woman, you will be paid less than your male peer. Pay depends on who likes you. Don't have a baby - they will "re-organise" you ie you will be got rid of, sharpish, and undersold; they will owe you pay, holiday, bonus, commission etc etc and you will have to go to court to get it back.
