      Pros

      I was outsourced\transferred from the DOT to this company. Things started off rocky during transition. Things seem to be getting better.

      Cons

      Initially I received a descent sign on offer. Since then I have yet to see much of anything. As with most companies you have to leave and come back in order to get paid what you are worth.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
