      Pros

      work life balance is good most of the times. Few projects were actually good(Was lucky to be in them). Good leave plans.

      Cons

      Salary is pathetic. No discrimination here...everyone suffers despite hard work and good ratings. Official language seems to be "marathi". You will feel left out in everything if you don't speak marathi. Third class canteen. Everything runs on "jugaad".

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
