      Pros

      - The location of NTT Data Panama is pretty much the only pro the I can think.

      Cons

      - I work for over 4 years and everything when to good to really bad as soon as the management change - HR take care of the leads instead of the employees

      It's so big and so many different business units it's sometimes hard to get everyone on the same page.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
