      Pros

      Keane provided additional trainings to keep employees updated and competitive. Good working environment but not the best. Has numerous projects to offer and numerous office spaces occupied. Overall a mediocre company.

      Cons

      Management gives preferences to recruiting mostly from TN and less opportunity to others in their own state. Managers are too unprofessional when it comes to delegating work and relieving employees, they impair employees however they wish.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
