      Highly unstructured graduate program. Promised rotations, but had to individually ask and push for rotations when the time came. Management struggled to find work for grads and just let us to very admin level work

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center

      Cons

      Poor Management and lay offs were pretty bad when I was working there. Also trying to get rid of all of their work force in USA
